Horrible Service!!! Ordered some furniture and was told 2 weeks to arrive, after 3 weeks with no phone calls from them we called and was given a bad excuse that the phones had been down and they would have to check into it. They finally called us for the first time and said everything should be in within a couple of days. No phone call again! It has now been over 1 month since the order was made so since they don't keep the customer informed as to what is happening we went there (30 miles) to cancel the order and get our money back so we could deal with a good and reputable company. Now they say we can't cancel it and they will charge us a 25% non-refundable fee. Now how could a company that doesn't keep the customer informed expect the customer to take that kind of crap??!! If we didn't call them they would just keep our money and not give us what we paid for. Rotten Customer Service if that is what you call it!!! Don't do business with this company, now I know why the parking lot is always empty and they said once they were going out of business but didn't...Another Lie....BEWARE!!!! -1000 rating
