excellent care and staff 9/1/2011

I have never had a problem as listed in the prior review, & I've been bringing my pets here for 6+ years now. The staff is always friendly and courteous, I hardly ever wait in the waiting area, and the doctors have helped me thru several problems and rough decisions. I couldn't be happier with a vet. more

Cold Hearted 9/12/2009

I walked in at 1:45pm on a Saturday with my sick dog which needed immediate medical attention, they told me sorry we're closing in 15 minutes and handed me a flyer for a ER across town. Meanwhile they took a dog back in a room that just arrived and was still in the waiting room. It's a shame that I live in the neighborhood right behind there because they just lost my business for good. Dog Hospital? More like a "" Money Hospital and my shift ends in 15 minutes"" Pros: It's close Cons: It doesn't matter more
