Liberty Travel

Though the young girl was very nice, she was very limited on information since she's never gone anywhere. We got to Atlantis and to our surprise, there was a $600 per room security deposit needed up front. Not good for me since I had 2 rooms! I had no vouchers for my shuttle to and from airport which caused us to wait for phone calls for verification to be made which held all the passengers up. When we picked up our itinerary, somehow a page printed with many coupons and vouchers. To my embarrassment when I tried to redeem them, that special was over a week before we got there. And they didn't give a clear list of things to do, I found that myself on the internet. Sorry but AAA planned our trip to Hawaii and it was class act with no shortage on info. I will not use liberty again. more

We had a negative experience dealing with Liberty Travel. The particular agent we dealt with miscalculated our original vacation quote, it mysteriously became much pricier the next day for no apparrent reason. She also was not prompt in returning phone calls. We ended up only booking our flights through her (did the hotel and car rental ourselves), and we had to call at least 2 times to request that she send us our flight itenerary. Maybe it was just this particular agent, but our experience was not a great one. more
