Liberty Tax

Do not take your taxes to these people. The staff comes and goes. No consistency on who works on your tax return which is a very serious matter. No ones responsible but YOU. You pay them alot of money for NO accountablitliy. The office manager is the worst I have ever seen for customer service. After April 16th, they are only available 1 day per week and you have to leave them a message and hope they get back with you. You need someone you can count on when doing your taxes. And this place is not the one. If you have pay good money for someone to do your taxes, then find someone else like a CPA. Their prices are the SAME as what Liberty charges and CPA's have education in tax law. Liberty's staff comes and goes and are educationed by taking weekend courses. Learn from my experience.
