I went to Generations to treat myself and ended up with a $200 trick. I wanted a med brn to cover my gray, with red highlights, ended up with a flat frizzy black. They overdyed my hair so much it came off on my pillowcase. Owner tried to blame it on me because at the end of the initial dye which didn't cover gray, I told her my head was burning and she washed it off a minute early. Also they push the Aveda products incessantly. It's really annoying.
