My husband, 2 small children, my mother, and myself went to Liberty Steakhouse in June 2005. There was no wait (in fact we ate at Broadway at the Beach 3 times during our visit and surprisingly never had to wait for restaurant seating). We did think the hostesses were a little stuck up but it didn't have any impact on our experience. My steak (filet mignon) was cooked perfectly - I personally would have liked them to have seasoned the meat a little more but it was a good amount of seasoning to satisfy anyone's tastes. Service was attentive and ambience was nice. Husband liked their own brewed beer and souvenir glass. Only complaint was soggy croutons in Caesar Salad. We would definitely go back. The price was comparable to other restaurants in the area, we thought it was good food for the money we paid.
Pros: Great Steak, Waterfront Seating, Brew their own Beer
