I received a phone call from Ron Davis, the office manager at Liberty Relocation International in West Hills. The gentleman was very professional and friendly. Since this was my first time shipping internationally, i had little to no knowledge of the process from point A to B.
Ron had explained to me that it was very simple, and in just a couple of minutes he had explained to me the entire process. He also even told me things to look out for when dealing with shipping companies, because some of them are very shady and tack on fees at the end.
After talking with Ron, i saw exactly what he was talking about. 3 out of the other 5 quotes I had received didn't include custom fees or insurance. I don't know what i would do without that information, i would have been in a hole.
I decided to go with Ron and Liberty Relocation International and it was definitely the right choice. I had no problems whatsoever, and the shipment had arrived on time.
