This is NOT a rental community. It was a great investment. Where other neighborhoods depreciated, LP did not. There are very few new ones left and they are not in the nice areas and are much smaller in size.
The community overall is wonderful to live in. The HOA is very responsible and the HOA reserve is well over 1/2 mil, which is excellent for any community this size. The location is one of the best in town. Close to I-75, I-285, downtown, Northside, Howell Mill, Smyrna, Silver Comet Trail and lots of shopping and dining. The community butts us to multi million dollar homes and eventually a new shopping center combined with a new high rise and flats will be finished. There are very few homes for sale here and when they do go on the market they go fast. The web site intranet offers many planned activities for both singles and young family activities. This really is in town living at its best. Beware of the bogus Liberty Park Homeowners Association web site. This is NOT the real HOA and is a nutty resident that hates to see his neighbors have a good time. It is unfortunate that he is so small minded. The community is a mix of young professionals and older people who mix well and take care of their homes and community.
Pros: Location, green belt, large, new, great community
Cons: Speed bumps
