This is the worst facility for its quality of care, its conditions and the most disrespectful people I have ever encountered. Lets just make a list:
1. Gary Bauer (Administrator) in response to my complaints to help a 74 year old woman : ""Why do you think you are relevant?"", turned around as leaving said ""insurance is up anyhow on thursday, take her when you want"". Little job for a little man.
2. Paige (do not know last) walks in while the 74 year old is recovering from major surgery and says ""construciton workers are coming in so you may be a bit uncomfortable for a little bit"". This woman saw nothing wrong with construction going on in a room where an elderly woman is recovering from serious surgery.
3. Actual service which they bill you, or your insurance company for, are not done. They just write them up in their paperwork, and claim they did it and get paid. I was in a room for almost 3 hours and not a single person came in for anything with this elderly woman in her 70's.
4. Two days, two dead mice and other mice cruising the floor and room. And, when complained about, one employee laughed and said oh yeah, ""I need to keep moving out of the way of them in the hallway"".
HERE IS MY RECOMMENDATION: DO NOT EVER GO THERE, TAKE A LOVED ONE OR EVEN TALK TO SOMEONE THERE. They are bad news, bad people and they stand for everything that is wrong with America.
