CrossFit describes its programing as strength and conditioning program with the aim of improving, among other things, muscular strength, cardio-respiratory endurance and flexibility. It advocates a perpetually changing mix of aerobic exercise, gymnastics (body weight exercises) and Olympic weight lifting.
"CrossFit is, in its most simplest of forms, constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity."
"CrossFit begins with a belief in fitness. The aim is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. Being able to do common things uncommonly well"
Here at Liberty Bell CrossFit it is our mission to provide quality instruction and to up hold the integrity of the CrossFit model
?I felt welcome from the moment I walked in the door for my first class. Now I'm hooked. Loved the class although very humbling and left me spent. Well explained instruction and lots of encouragement. I see myself getting into the best shape of my life at over 50. Even better than when I was an Army Drill Sgt." --Bo Miles. * Aerobic Exercise,Gymnastics (Body Weight Exercises) and Olympic Weight Lifting
