We had a large group of 16+ people and our service (by the owner and manager) was nothing short of awful. My husband's wine was served in a lipstick smudged glass and when he requested a new one, they poured him half a glass of wine which appeared to be from the soiled glass. My food was cold. When asked by the owner about our food and service, we let him know. He was very arrogant and asked me why I didn't just have the food reheated. He then challenged me about seeing the bartender pour the wine into the clean glass. I have never been treated so rudely at a restaurant and I will never be back. After all of the poor service (we brought 14+ of our friends to this restaurant) they didn't even take one thing (including the dirty wine) off the bill. They didn't even give an apology. The manager walked away from me in the middle of my conversation with him to go break up a fight in the bar (turns out it was one of HIS friends). He never returned or apologized. I thought maybe it was just an unfortunate incident, but as we walked outside two other groups were talking about the poor service they received and I have heard the same from other people since. It seems the owner we dealt with is very arrogant and thinks he can have a successful business based on turning a cheek to the mistakes made. This may be true, but I know that we will not be back. The owner has continously called me threatening legal action for this poor review. Unbelievable!
Pros: Food was good, even my dish that was cold was decent!
Cons: Poor customer service and no desire to rectify unpleasant experiences due to arrogance.
