Buyer Beware 3/19/2012

I did not have a good experience with this company. The sales experience and price were initially great. I felt very confident until I went to have the parts I purchased installed. The installer found there were problems with the parts, and they caused more damage to my vehicle, costing me thousands of dollars. I get that mistakes happen, but the worst was when I called Liberator and told them. I was told the installer was a *&#$% idiot. Truth is the installer was a master diesel mechanic and I verified with another company the part was bad. Now I get no response from Liberator at all. more
