Lia Honda

In the process of purchasing a Honda from Lia Honda. Told by Finance person Dave DiCarlo that certain fees were waived. He even crossed them out from the paperwork right in front of me. Yet when one does the math and comes up with the final total. Those fees are in fact included in the final price. Which to me is lying to the customer, and assuming that the customer wouldn't figure it out. Unscrupulous way to do business. What happened to the ""Truth In Lending Policy"". Would Mr. DiCarlo like it if someone tried doing that to him or a member of his family. I guess the folks at Lia Honda have no integrity so long as they sell their vehicles! I mean they will lie right to your face. Sad. more

Dave from sales is great\r \r We recently purchased an Odyssey from Lia Honda and the salesman Dave was great and the vehicle is wonderful. But we come to find out there was only one key for the car. We traded in our car and provided two keys. You would think from a customer service perspective that a minivan is usually purchased by a family and providing two keys would be a nice incentive. They don’t even bother telling you if there is one or two keys until after you sign that final paperwork. When my wife and I asked if they could help with the second key that costs over 150 dollars, they said you got such a great deal on the van that we aren't going to help you. \r \r Ultimately the Customer service manager resolved the issue and refunded the money. Great service, the techs are vey friendly I was amazed that they go through the repair needs at the vehicle so there is no concern as to why someting is needed\r \r Pros: Great service, great location Cons: they have a large customer base so an appointment is needed more

I own 3 honda all of which I purchased and service at Lia Honda and have recieved nothing but top notch service everytime. From the people who take the order to the technicians working on my vehicles that encourage me to come out in the shop to look at my vehicle, it doesn't get any better than Lia Honda Pros: open nights and all day saturday Cons: can't think of any more

Lia Honda ruined my transmission as determined by a Honda Corporation expert representative, and by a judge in court, as well as the foreman at another Honda dealer. I took Lia to court and won and they still haven't paid for the damage and consequential repair work to my transmission. Right now I'm out $3,855.00 because of their inability to do the job right. Take your car somewhere else even if it's not a Honda dealer unless you want to take the risk of having the same thing happen to you. You'll save yourself a lot of money , stress, and headache.
