If you are looking for a Chiropractic office to call home, I highly recommend iHealth. Me and my family of 5 have been receiving care from Dr. Richard Li, Dr. Tammy Woller-Li and their awesome staff over the past several years. We followed them to this clinic from another clinic because their care is simply outstanding! On top of that they are gracious, loving, caring and generous people. They are family oriented and have a true love of their work & desire to help people at all levels and ages. \r \r Before starting treatment, I had pain that kept me up all night and nagged at me all day. I was also taking several medications that trashed my stomach and had many other bad effects. Since I started treatment with iHealth, my chronic pain is under control without the use of any medication. I continue my treatment to maintain my gains and to stay healthy. I have only been sick once this past year and I attribute this to regular & excellent care of my spine! My husband is a patient for chronic neck pain/prevention and my 3 children are also seen for preventive health. \r \r As for those posts on here that say the place is disorganized ... I will take a little bit of disorganization with excellent patient care any day! I have worked in Healthcare for 22 years and I would much rather have a doctor that knows what they are doing and what they are talking about than anything else! Think about that. The office and staff are extremely flexible and do everything they can to accommodate the patients & their needs. You can make an appointment or walk in when you feel you need it. Yes the are really disorganized. The front desk Amanda was rude and she didn't know what she was doing I called to ask questions regarding my bill and she didn't know what she was talking about. She just told me everyone is billed this way and to ask the doctor. Also they totally over billed me. I checked my Blue Cross account online and it showed that I was billed for services that I never even received also it was billed under a different name not Dr. Richard Li. This place is shady. I already reported the over billing to Blue Cross. more

I have systemic lupus along with rheumatoid arthritis and let me tell you Dr. Li is out of this world. Living with chronic pain is life changing. Through Dr. Li's aggressive treatment plan he has helped me get some of my life back. I cannot thank you enough for all that you do. I hurt my shoulder many years ago. I didn't go to an orthopod because in my experience they don't have many practical solutions - normally just surgery or rest.\r \r Through a lot of hard work - massage, acupunture, etc. - Dr. Li and Jack (the best massage therapist I have ever had) healed my shoulder.\r \r The office is quite informal but that is part of the charm. more

I first came to Dr Tammy when I had 'frozen shoulder'. I went to several different doctors, one who wanted to do 'surgery'?? She is th eone that helped me get relief. I have been very comfortable with Dr Tammy and Dr Richard. Everyone there is great, very comfortable. My husband goes there and I have referred several others who seem to also get relief. Dr. Tammy & Dr Richard both are very good listeners. Also it amazes me that they can find where it hurts before I even tell them. I would recommend then to anyone. AnnaD more

I have been a patient for quite some time because of the way I was cared for the very first time. Dr. Li and his friendly staff listen to your needs and make you feel comfortable, and after treatments, feel well. There have been many times I felt they were too busy or crowded to treat me, since I had given them short notice, but that has never been the case. They get me in.....treat me, make me feel like I am their most important patient, and send me home always feeling better than when I arrived. The staff are all very friendly, sincere, and attentive. I have reccomended their services to a few in need and they have all felt the same way! If you want my advice, give them a try! Dr. Li, as well as the rest of the people working in his new office, does a great job. He listens to what the patient says as is able to quickly identify the problem. I had been told for years that my knee problems had to do with my scoliosis, and was never offered a solution. Dr. Li was able to determine in seconds that the problem was actually due to the way the knee rotated when walking, and that it could just be solved with a pair of orthotics. About time someone gave me a solution. \r \r Oh, and the massage therapy I got at his office was great too. more

Dr. Richard Li is the best chiroprator I've ever had. I was very impressed by his broad knowledge of both Chinese and western medicine. You just need to tell him where your pain is and what your symtoms are, and he knows exactly what to do. He is always very friendly and helpful.
