Purchase and installation of new washing maching 9/9/2018

In the showroom Kelly was very helpful with our selection of a new washing machine. She spent time with us to explain the various choices of machines and was very proficient in scheduling our delivery and installation. Ben and Rich were prompt, efficient, and professional while delivering and installing our washing machine. They carried our old and new machines up and down the steps and across hardwood floors without making a mark. When the machine was installed, they provided us with a quick lesson on operating the new machine. We highly recommend LH Brubaker! more

Ken encountered a challenge when he attempted to deliver a stacked washer/dryer to our condominium, through no fault of his own! He has made 2 trips to our home to complete the delivery and has been professional, helpful and eager to please each time, despite encountering unforeseen structural issues in the home. Ken demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the product, as well. When we purchase our next appliance from L.H. Brubaker, we will request that Ken deliver it. His assistance was invaluable !! more

Water Softener repair 7/26/2018

Jason was on time for the appointment and made quick repair of the water softener part that was leaking. He then checked over the system, making sure everything was OK. While here, Jason checked the homes water qualities and I had him replace the filters in the kitchen's R.O. system per the recommended schedule. Jason was friendly and informative to any of my questions. Job well done! more

Technician was extremely knowledgeable on the repairs /replacement of the ice maker in the Samsung Fridge/Freezer. He spent time explaining the problem and how it was to be fixed. He was courteous and pleasant. more

My Loss 7/13/2018

My "repair" was a false alarm. The icemaker stopped working.I had gotten GE water filter for fridge and it did not allow water to go to icemaker. Turned filter around and it began making ice...$100 for service call. more

Ben and Josh arrived at time designated. They took special care to cover areas to keep clean before installation. Installation of a microwave was quick and thorough. My questions were answered. Their service was very professional and I appreciated their attention to detail. Love the new slate finger proof GE microwave! The 4th of July sale price was super! I give them a 5 rating. more

4 y/o Samsung Ref/Freez 6/20/2018

4th trip was a charm but the intervals between the trips was very long - you need more repair teams for return calls or need to escalate customers that have prolonged repairs to get it done. Scheduling seems very inefficient. No issues with repair guys - they seems to know what they are doing. My 4 calls were stretched over 45+ days until the unit finally died and we had to pitch dollars of food! more

They were informative from 1st meeting at the door, checked out the lay of the land before bringing in the appliances, were very careful not to hit walls, installed according to code, gave helpful hints on how to use with demonstration and care for future use.
