LGI's rudimentary ""Energy Management Systems"" are extremely unreliable and the company doesn't have a network of qualified technicians capable of servicing them when they do break. If you are looking to increase the efficiency of your restaurant I would look for a local specialist and stay far away from these hacks.
Pros: you can tell your customers you've gon green?
Cons: Terrible reliability, ""peak shaving"" systems do not work and lead to product loss, 10% energy savings not likely, sacrificed customer and employee comfort.
