I’ve always had top notch experiences at Magnussen’s in Fremont, but I don’t live in the immediate area and the only reason I go back each time (I’m on my third Lexus) is because of Chris Lin. Chris always goes above & beyond to be sure he gets you the best deal. He genuinely wants you to be happy with your purchase. My last purchase he personally delivered to me at my home. I’ve emailed him with questions at night, on his day’s off … doesn’t matter, he always responds quickly and pleasantly. I’ll never buy a car other than a Lexus and I won't buy from anyone else but Chris. more

This was my first time buying a Lexus and I was VERY lucky to have Chris Lin help me. Chris was very patient, knowledgeable, straightforward, and helped me get the perfect car. He really helped me get a great deal and followed through on all he promised. I would definitely recommend Chris Lin to everyone looking for a new Lexus! more

Great Used Car Buying Experience 8/9/2012

I found myself suddenly in need of a new vehicle when the car I was driving needed over $3000 in repairs. In one day I test drove 3 used vehicles, found one I liked that had just come in and needed repairs to become "certified pre-owned", and negotiated a deal that both dealership and I walked away happy with. I haven't had many experiences buying cars from dealerships, but my experience at Magnussen's was excellent. Attentive customer service with my best interests in mind, friendly service staff, and low pressure (actually helpful!) sales people made my car buying experience exceptionally pleasant. more

I am always well taken care of and throughly impressed with their level of service. Steve Yi is the man to see if you are looking for a new car. My experience with Magnussen was first class. Jim Maroudas worked within guidlines of how I wanted to work/negotiate the deal. He provided the best price and stood behind his word/commitment to me. I was in an out of the dealership within an hour (following working most details over the phone). What a seamless, painless transaction and an excellent deal! more

Amazing experience thanks to Chris Lin! 6/20/2012

We ended up at Magnussen's after a not so good experience at Stevens Creek. We called Chris Lin and explained what we wanted and basically worked out a perfect deal over the phone. It was so perfect because we ended up with a 2013 model rather than a 2012 which is what we originally called for. Chris not only met our needs, but exceeded them. There wasn't a lot of back and forth. He listened to us and came back with the right deal the first time. We got a fair value on our trade-in without any painful negotiating. We even got a loaner car for a brief period of time while our car was being transported which gave us a little time to learn and love Lexus. The whole sales process was simple and easy and we will definitely call Chris when ready for our next car! more

Servicing at Magnussen Lexus 6/1/2012

I have three cars serviced at Magnussen Lexus and Summer MacCool is my Service Consultant. She is very knowledgeable and most professional. Every visit is a pleasant experience and between Summer and the techs, my cars have been very well taken care of and I'm pretty fussy. more

No Hassle Car Buying 2/16/2012

Gabe Hernandez was so easy to work with!! I bought a barely used Lexus CT Hybrid and I got a no hassle, amazing deal. Gabe was straight-forward, clear and helpful. I traveled all the way from WA state for this car. Things could have easily been messed up along the way but everything went smoothly. I would actually send my WA state friends down to San Jose to buy a car from Gabe! Thanks Gabe! more

We had a great experience with Gabe Hernandez, who was our sales representative at Magnussens Lexus in Fremont. We bought a 2004 Lexus GS300, and Gabe still remembers us and has kept in touch with us for all those years. We are very excited and look forward to the new 2013 GS350. He is really excellent person to buy a car from, and he has helped my family as well as everyone from my Wife's side of the family more

I just purchased a GS430 from Neil Chandra at Magnussen Lexus. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from him during his tenure at Magnussen and I can honestly admit that I totally trust the process and the service provided by Neil at Lexus. He is an awesome sales person.....not overly aggressive, very informative and very patient throughout the entire deal. I was very impressed not only with the negotiation process, but also the delivery and the follow up. Because of Neil, I am a huge Lexus advocate....keep up the great work and thank you for putting up with a "tough customer"..!! more

Great place ....really is 11/17/2010

I got my ride here about 3 years ago and was so satisfied with my transaction and overall experience. I practically told everyone about how awesome they were. The sales person was so professional and willing to work with us to make the sale. They are friendly and really big on hospitality. I mean, they have a nail salon!!! Ahhh, heaven. They have a bunch of TVs with couches so you can chill and relax if you want to wait there. If you don't want to wait there while your car is being serviced, they offer free shuttle service (drop off and pick up) to the nearby Pacific Commons so you can grab a bite to eat. more

Ask for TAMMY YARAK. She is by far the best salesperson I've ever met. She's not your typical fast-talking salesman, in this case saleswoman, that's only after the sale and commission. NOPE! Tammy is genuinely there to help. more
