I stopped by 3/12/12 for oil change to my IS350, at the same time I wanted to test drive the new 2013 GS350.. I will not mention names but my experience was very unpleasant..The car salesman was using (pressure sales tactics), something I can not tolerate and never expected from LEXUS dealer. At the end the salesman insisted that I go inside the dealership to get my information... I did... when he asked for my driver license.. I told him I have to go... instead he went and got me someone else to hassle me to buy a car..That was retarded...LEXUS of Orlando needs to know they lost me as a customer. I hate pressure sale, I expect to see that in chevy dealer not Lexus.
After my complain, the guest realation director sent me response and apology, yet, the next day 3/13/12 I received a call from orlando lexus few minutes ago.. a gentleman (justice or justine).. who is still calling to sell me a car... when I told him not to call anymore.. he told me I do not have to be rude??!! I asked him to transfer me to the general manager.. he refused!! are you serious.
Are you people crazy! Can any dealer go lower than that? I do not think so.
