Lexus Nails & Spa

The owner at this place is so greedy they takes tips from their nails technician that you leaves on the card for them, even cash tips that you leaves at the counter so the manager or owner could gives to the technician they take that too. One time I left 50$ cash for all the girls that work on me that day because they had left to go home but the next time I came and ask them they didn't know anything about my 50$ cash tip hmmm. .....They told me that the owner always dose that they take the technician tips and they hire people with no license or international student so they can pay them cheaper so they can't say or do anything about it . (like miki niece she just came over from vietnam she doesn't have a license and she is a international student with no work permit )all the technician that have license they have to pay more so the treat them really bad so she doesn't really let them do much , but she need them to be a cover because they have license So when the state board come they have some that really have license and legal only a few is tho eventually those with license quit then they hire new tech so that's why we see so many new faces .......anyway . ....... The owner at this place is Kevin and miki their the worst yet I never seen anyone or any owners like them so disgustingly greedy like them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

THE PLACE HAVE GOOD ATMOSPHERE AND GOOD EMPLOYEE THAT WILL DO GOOD WORK ON PEDICURE, MEDICURE, AND FACIAL. ....WITH ALL THE EXCELLENT WORK, IT SEEM LIKE THE OWNER OR THE CASHIER (HOSTESS) STEAL TIPS FROM THE TECNICIAN, SO NEXT TIME I WENT IN THERE TO MAKE SURE THAT THE TECNICIAN RECEIVED TIPS FROM ME I TOLD THEM HOW MUCH THEY WILL BE GETTING......IT JUST NOT FAIR TO THE EMPLOYEE WHO DID ALL THE HARD WORK AND THE LADY JUST STEAL TIPS FROM THIER HARD WORK!!! I WOULD GAVE THIS PLACED A 5 STAR BUT THE OWNER GREEDNESS I MINUS OUT THE 2 STARS!! more

I decided to try a new place for a pedicure. I called on my way tthere to check prices. I was told $20 and there was a 10% discount. Sounded good. Got there and told them I had just called about a pedicure. Two people hoovered over me while I picked the color. One led me to an enclosed room and handed me a menu of services. I told her I wanted the $20 pedicure that the lady had mentioned on the phone. Her attitude soured and said the enclosed area was for something or other, the $20 pedicure is done outside. I told her it was my first time there and didn't know. After what was a very awkward silence she said she could do it there. It is not a great pedicure. The color is uneven on some nails; otherwise it was just average. Maybe it was because she got angry; either way she should have been professional and taken care of me. Regardless, it's the last time I will go there...she just cost them a customer. Oh, it seems a little suspicious that all the great reviews happened within days of each other. Check the dates. more

I recently came here to get a facial and a mani-pedi for wedding preparations, and I don't regret it at all. The employees are so friendly, and I didn't feel even the tiniest bit awkward or uncomfortable. The technicians are really talented, too -- the designs they drew on my nails were just fabulous! It's been nearly a week and they still haven't faded or chipped yet. I just wish I'd found Lexus Nails sooner. It's a fun and fantastic place, and I'm absolutely positive that all customers will feel the same way when they leave! :) more

I have been going to Lexus Nails & Spa for about five months now. I would just like to begin by saying right when you walk in the atmosphere is amazing! The staff greets you right when you walk in, makes one feel so conferrable. The spa is spotless and the thing that gets me the most is that all there supplies that they use on your feet and hands are sterilized and packaged neatly before it is used, and that is a plus for me. Not many spas you go to in Houston have these wonderful aspects and I recommend Lexus Nails & Spa to everyone and I will continue you to go there for a very long time. more

I absolutely love this place, there couldn't be anything better out there. It's a place where I can actually breathe in, it smells nothing like those icky nail products. There are so many lovely choices, the pedicures, the manicures, the drinks, the nail colors. The girls were so nice and the pedicures are absolutely fantastic. I said I'd write a review if my polish on my toes lasted for more than a week and here I am, it's been 3 weeks and it still looks like I just walked out of there. I was really expecting another typical place, like where the girl wouldn't listen to me and just nod and smile, but I was really surprise when they all understood what I wanted and expressed their knowledge of everything. AMAZING! There is truly no other place like this one. Everyone should try it! more

Shocked by the last review! I was told that this was one of the best place to get your nails in town and I wasn't disappointed. Decided to get gels on my nails and it is amazing! Over 2 weeks and not a chip other than the fact that you can start seeing the new growth. My pedicure was very thorough and painless. The techs were very gentle. Great thing is they all speak English and very professional. Already made my next appointment. more

MY DOCTOR WAS THE ONE WHO RECOMMENDED ME TO COME TO THIS PLACE. I JUST HAD SURGERY A FEW MONTHS AGO ON MY FEET AND HE TOLD ME THAT THIS PLACE WOULD BE CLEAN AND GENTLE TO MY EVERY NEED AND BOY WAS HE RIGHT. I FELT RELAXED AND NOT IN A CLINIC FOR ONCE AND THE PLACE SMELLS JUST WONDERFUL. I'M SO GLAD THAT THEY KNOW ABOUT THE DIFFERENT MUSCLES ON YOUR FEET AND THE DIFFERENT SURGERIES THAT PEOPLE CAN HAVE. IT WAS LIKE GETTING REHAB FOR MY FEET AND THEY FELT GOOD AND THEY LOOK GREAT WHEN THEY WERE DONE! IT'S BEEN A WEEK AND THEY STILL LOOK GREAT! THEY DEFINITELY MADE A NEW CLIENT. EVERYONE SHOULD TAKE CARE OF THEIR FEET AND EVERYONE SHOULD LET THEM DO IT! THEY DO A FANTASTIC JOB! more

They go through so many people(manicurist) here. I would always hear people complain when i would come here. i finally fiqured out that's why they put everyone in the VIP room. i sat outside a couple times and someone was always complaining. more

Lexus Nails & Spa is amazing! The technicians there are the best! I go to Lexus Nails from time to time to have a pedicure and just relax. The atmosphere is unlike any other nail place I've ever been to and I would never go anywhere else ever again. Lexus Nails offers pedicures of different kinds; it's fun to try a new one each time I come! I love being able to relax and have a glass of wine. The owner are so helpful! He greet you at the door and are truly there to make sure your visit is top notch. I was so suprised when I had my first spedicure here. It was better than I had expected and my polish stayed forever! Every pedicure since has been just as good if not better! I dont usually request a nail tech beacause each of the girls are highly trained and very skilled!! I trust anyone at Lexus because they are awesome! Getting an appointment on the weekends is sometimes tricky, so I book way in advance. The weekends are also pretty busy but thats a good thing! If so many people are trying to get into Lexus Nails I can be sure their work is worth it! Although I have never done this I have seen people have pedicure parties at Lexus Nails. What a good idea!! People bring food and drinks. I absolutely love Lexus Nails! I can honestly say that their pedicures are the best pedicures I've ever had! I recommend this place to everyone! My husband even comes in and has a pedicure too! I had to talk him into it, but once he came the first time he was hooked. He loves it almost as much as i do! We're so glad to have found something so out of the ordinary! more

I have been going to Lexus Nails for several months now and am completely addicted. They have a convenient location, great hours, and are VERY clean. I enjoyed my CUCCIO Spa Pedicure with a glass of wine and a neck and shoulder massage. I felt so relaxed after the treatment that I didn't want to leave that spa chair. I would highly recommend anyone who is seeking for professional nail care treatment to visit this place. They explained to me what was being used and why. I love it when people are knowledgeable about their work. The technicians are passionate and dedicated about their work and that's very unique and different compared to most typical nail places. I come here about every 3 weeks. I just love this place so much. My goal is to come back and try a different pedicure treatment everytime!!! more

I loved my first experience there. I made an appointment for a Thursday night (on 3/10) and got there about 15 minutes early. They seated me on a spa chair right away. The place is bigl and very relaxing. I'm not sure who it was tending to my pedicure, but she did an amazing job. They make sure you're comfortable and when its time for the massage portion, they don't hurry for that either. They surely take their time. I'd also gotten an eyebrow wax. Man, they did an excellent job! She took her time and did a beautiful job. The prices were reasonable, as well. I definitely recommend going to Lexus Nails. I've just made another appointment. Can't wait! more

The pressure sell with a huge menu of services before you can even get settled in a chair. I have been in the VIP a few times and the technician (if you want to call her that) spent most of the time focusing on the movie showing that what she was doing during my pedicure. more

THIS FREAKEN SALON SUCKS!!! DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME GOING IN TO THIS SALON. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT WHICH WAS COOL AT FIRST DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT. THE NAIL TECH SUCKED WHEN MY NAILS WERE DONE THEY LOOK LIKE SH**! THATS THE BEST WAY TO DESCRIBE IT. I WAS SO PIST AFTER THEY WHERE DONE I DID NOT WANT NO ONE FROM THIS SALON TO FIX THEM. I won't tell you my favorite nail techs name because then I'll never get an appt with her again she is great!!! All the ladies are very skilled and the owner is constantly updating the products keeping the spa on the cutting edge!!! I just left there after a facial treatment. I asked for my blackheads to be taken care of, and they were not. I only was given a european facial. Which are things i do my self! I needed the blackheads taken care of. THIS IS HORRIBLE SERVICE AND I WILL NOT RETURN!!! I WASTED $50 and 50 minutes. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! Pros: they give you water Cons: you dont get what you want/ask for more
