I went there for a new patient appt. about an issue I have been having for about a year . I still don't know why I could only get an appt. with a nurse practitioner and not a doctor, especially since the office has 7 providers. I waited for over 2 HOURS to be seen, even though I was 15 minutes early for my SCHEDULED appt!! When she finally came in the room she was fully equipped with a laptop to slowly ask me a thousand non relevant questions that took up another 20 minutes. Those questions could have easily been answered on paper while I was waiting for 2 hours. Unbelievable! Then she wanted to talk about vitamins and things that didnt pertain to my situation, seemed like she really did not want to discuss the actual problem that I was having. She seemed to be very patronizing and condescending towards me. I was so discusted with the whole ordeal I didnt even stick around for the exam. That would have probably taken another hour. The front desk staff as well as the lab tech were extremely friendly and punctual and that was nice but I will NEVER recommend this practice to anyone and will NEVER go back. I give it 2 thumbs down.
