I had been a patient for 7 years, having gone to both offices in Glendale and Scottsdale, always happy with the service. UNTIL I had an issue with my contacts and tried to get it resolved and they said they could DO NOTHING and to try to fix it on my own. To what was I paying for their services and bought the product through them. Needless to say after 7 years I will not be returning, I can't believe they treated a patient this way. I guess they only want you as a patient if no issues occur. Now, I see why my original eye Dr's have left this group. I don't know about you but I don't have $250 to waste on contacts and then not have the issue corrected. I will be taking my business to another company. Pros: Use to have good doctors Cons: All good doctors have left, practice doesn't care more

I went to Dr. Leonard this morning for an updated prescription and to replace my glasses, which broke. I can't say the office atmosphere was pelasant when I first got there. One of the gals at the front desk was having a bad day and acted a little unnecessarily militaristic, which I gave right back to her and then everything calmed down.\r \r Dr. Leonard is really nice. I got my new prescription and new glasses ordered.\r \r And as my parting thought, TGFI.... thank god for insurance.... Plus I didn't leave there felling like they'd drained half the life out of me. more
