This place has the worst customer service imaginable. The Salesperson, of course, does everything he can to sweeten you up and make a sale. But after that, you mean nothing to them. You find out all the lies the salesperson told you. They always downplay the delivery date and take much longer. They do not communicate when an item is out of stock. They sell you a service contract that doesn't come until the last item is delivered, which may be never. I went there back in May and I am still waiting for a TV stand. I've called numerous times. It rings forever and often hangs up before anyone answers. Sometimes it takes days before anyone answers the phone. I am livid with them. My wife and I are about to move and I have been calling for days. I finally got someone on Thursday who said he was going to call me back. He did not. Since then, I've called and called and called. No one answers the phone. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!! more

Scam artists, STAY AWAY save your self's a lot of headaches. Bought a living room set in the end of March, never got my merchandise and nine weeks later, finally they refund my money after countless phone calls and trips to the store, went across the street bought the living room set and was three days later was delivered.
