Over the weekend I took my friend out to get our nails done for her birthday. The lady working on my friends nails was not paying attention to the work she was doing, being more concerned for the customers entering the store, and ended up making all the nails uneven in length. We were also overcharged for what they considered to be ""long nails"" which in reality are a standard length (approx 2-4cm). We had also discovered (after payment) that my friends nails were uneven. We pointed this out & they said they could cut them down to match. When questioned about refunding the charge (as it wasn't disclosed), they told me that they don't do refunds. While we are trying to explain that the quality is poor and the charges were ridiculous, they turned their backs to us as we were talking to them! They ended up attempting to lengthen my friends by adding extra acrylic to the ends. We were very unhappy with the service and treatment I requested a refund of the ""length charge"" which would of been about $20. They refused. I asked to speak to the owner & was told to leave my contact information. I had not heard anything from them. The next day, not even 10 hours after having my nails done, I noticed one of mine were cracked. I called Monday to see if I could get some resolution and was told the same thing that they don't offer refunds. I asked where their policy was posted and was told ""oh we can just tell you"" I told them that if they resolved the matter on Saturday & refunded the absurd ""length charge"" that we wouldn't be having this conversation. The other end of the line became silent. They hung up on me! I tried calling back only to get a busy signal and subsequently to have the phone continue to ring. Poor customer service and very rude attitudes, in addition to inferior products. And they will do nothing about it. Needless to say, I will never return to this business and tell everyone I can to avoid them.
