The contract includes all parts and labor necessary to maintain the machine with the exception of consumables (i.e. toner,image units,etc.)


Chargeable Service Rates:


Trip Charge $38 plus Labor Rate of $88/Hr. Which Will Be Pro-Rated


Service calls are given priority by problem nature. Generally we respond within 6-10 business hours and make it a point to keep the customer updated.
