We went to this restaurant once and have not been back as we were not very impressed with the quality of the sushi. It was not bad sushi, but compared to other places around here, it definitely lacked that oomph.
The edamame was lukewarm and considering we were the first people in there, it should have been fresh.
The concept is neat, as you can sit around this belt that brings the sushi to you and if you want something special, you just ask one of the sushi chefs. Otherwise, you just grab what looks good to you.
Since they charge by the plate color, you end up with a stack of plates in front of you while you're trying to eat. Not easy when you're dining with 4 people.
All in all, a different experience because of the sushi belt, but I would not go back there again.
