My girlfriend's 87 year old grandma took her dog in this morning at her scheduled 6am appointment time and was told she didn't have an appointment and to come back. She insisted she had the date right to which she was told fine but her dog would have to go last. So she goes home to get her slip showing her appointment date and time as being correct. The owner comes out and raises their voice to her grandma for being rude to the clerk. Who covers up THEIR mistake by reprimanding a 87 year old lady?!?!?! btw, her dog still had to go last and she paid full price...AVOID! more
