Terrible service! Since I was meeting 8 friends, the host told me I could take 2 tables and sit at them while waiting for the others. After the first inning, the waitress (and then a manager!) told me if ALL my friends ""don't get here in five minutes, we're giving you're table away."" I tried to explain, but WAS TOLD I WAS ""LYING"" and that THEY DON'T TAKE RESERVATIONS BECAUSE OF ""PEOPLE LIKE YOU [ME]."" BY THE MANAGER. Even though a party of 20 had reserved the entire rooftop area. Another manager came to clarify the whole thing, although none of us ever received an apology. We'd already ordered drinks, and every place we called was packed so we stayed. All I had wanted to do was watch the Cardinals in the playoffs on my birthday!!! more

I have been going to Lester's for a few months now and have never had a bad experience. The service is always friendly and quick and the food is terrific. My wife and I particularly like the Smoked Brisket, Ribs and the Corned Beef. We would recommend Lester's to all of our friends and feel we get a good value every time we are there. I made the horrid mistake of eating at Lester's today. I have eaten there before, and it was great, but today I made the mistake of ordering something other than their BBQ sandwiches. I had a wrap that was absolutely drenched in a super salty ranch sauce, which made the wrap inedible. I left the restaurant more starving then when I arrived. Terrible.
