Hold these people in high regard for their very competent service and knowledge. Desk service with of the non-service employees appear abrupt and lack good manners. Very reliable company and recommend highly. They offer some many free services graciously Some front desk training may be warranted. I will always use them as I have. more

Went there to get my alignment done due to I had some tie rod end replaced. They were fast and courteous and go it done. Wait times weren't too bad and it was good. Front desk was courteous, but I felt rushed, sort of like a "whose next in line please, and what's the problem?" attitude. When my vehicle was done, I was watching from the window and saw the mechanic took my car and, how shall I say this... accelerate it pretty fast from the alignment bay to the front of the door and BRAKED hard, almost as if he was trying to beat a red light. Don't know if that was part of the service or what. He came in and just as fast, it was "Here ya go, This was done, and your out the door!" So fast and efficient is excellent, as I didn't want to lolly gag and wait for forever, but then it felt sort of like impersonal for my first time to use their services. more

The people at this Les Schwab are extremely good at what they do. Sudden Service happens. Though, sometimes it's more like Abrupt Service. \r \r My car has always been in and out very quickly, especially given the number of cars they seem to service every day. They have even stayed past their operation hours to get my car finished on the same day I bring it in if they're totally swamped that day or if I bring it in a little later in the day than I should. \r \r Their staff is usually quite nice, but periodically someone at the desk will be abrupt with me and even a little rude. \r \r But, I have never noticed a drop in the speed of service or in the quality of the job they do. \r \r PROS: Very fast, quality work, willing to do what it takes\r CONS: Some of the desk help is abrupt with customers more
