These guys seem to prey on the elderly. My parents take their car in for a brake change and end up with hundreds of dollars in other ""fixes."" This time, Les Schwab said they had to replace the steering gear box or they wouldn't work on the car - add $550. It was a tiny leak and not safety critical. I believe them to be crooks who take advantage of the unknowing. Beware if you go - be doubly aware if you send someone there who is not mechanically aware.
I am amazed there are not more reviews about these guys since everyone in the valley I speak to about Les Schwab say the same thing. I have to wonder if they pay to clean off the bad reviews . . .
