Les Schwab Tire Center

I made an appointment for 10am for an alignment and they booked someone else for that time. They wasted my time and never apologized. I will never go back there again!!! more

Les Schwab has a long standing history of standing behind their products, providing perfect service, solving problems that happen in all businesses, and providing supperior products. However, I may be tempted to use costco in the future. I have a service problem -- and cannot even contact the corporate offices to help resolve it since their website has no ""contact information"". Basically the web site refers me back to the local store manager. The same manager who complained in front of me to his employee that it was ""not fair"" that he should be liable for a lost emblem, who charged me for a service that should NOT have been needed if they had installed the tire correctly the first time, and who promissed to call me in a few days with a solution ----10 days ago. I am surprised -- I have never had a problem with Les Schwaub previously. I really don't want to go to costco but feel trapped. What do I do???? more

I have always gotten great service from the Les Schwab Tire Center. I sometimes get a flat tire on one of my cars, and have taken it to Les Schwab, and even though the tires were not from there, the fixed it quickly at no charge. They have been in Camas for more that 40 years. The guarantee is one of the best in the country. I have never had any problems with Les Schwab in the last 45 years of driving in Clark County. more

The days of customer service and standing behind their products at Les Scwhab are long gone! GO to Costco you will get better prices and they will stand behind thier products. Les Schwab used to differentiate themselves with service but since that is no longer the case, shop were prices are better. Pros: Free crappy popcorn Cons: They treat you like you are doing them a favor by purchasing tires at their store. more

Les Schwab is known for it's good service and this one live up to that standard. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They offer quick service and can usually provide it. They tend to get a little busy sometimes, but that's to be expected when it's the only Les Schwab to cover two towns PROS: Great service CONS: can get a little busy more
