I'm a loyal customer. I live in Seattle, but once had a tire urgency that required me to go to Les Scwab in Bellevue a few years ago...they fixed if for free. I was impressed, and have been back ever since. I've been there a few times already, and very pleased with the service, until my last visit. Was served on by a rude young man, super super arrogant, I had some questions about tires, which, I admit, were kinda dumb questions, but hey, I'm no tire expert, but instead of being patient and addressing my concerns, he just nodded and smirked. This dude doesn't like to talk, apparantly its' more ""cool"" to just nod and point. Well, how about this..you just lost a loyal customer..not just to this place, but to all Les Scwab's. It just occurred to me that they have become so big, that customer service falls by the wayside, and they just hire young punks to work there. The good ol dependable Les Scwab is long long gone. I recommend the mom and pop tire stores...they depend on customer service to get people back. Les is just not trying anymore....""Les"" is truly LESS.
Pros: Used to be great
Cons: Now customer service sacrificed for volume, hiring low end employees
