Awesome! The name would make this place a bit incognito but it is a must try! Unlike the French influence in the name you will be pleasantly surprised when you have your first visit. I am not one to spoil surprises so you will just have to see for yourself! more

Best deal for a Great price... 4/28/2009

I come here at least once a week to enjoy this great place. The food is simply delicious. I'm working my way around the menu and I haven't found anything I didn't like. I just discovered the Rice Sheets. These things are awesome. Will be coming back. Heard a Washington spot is opening up. Can't wait since I live around the corner. Downtown for lunch, Washington for dinner. Perfection! more

BuddhaCat says every place has good days and bad days...don't be hatin on places if you arrive on one of the restuarants bad days - stuff happens and sometimes people run out of things (this is for that person who thinks they are Fiorucci, you are no Fiorucci!). BuddhaCat says try a little of everything...find what you like and what you don't. BuddhaCat says this is the only way to reach pure epicurious harmony! Bun is good for the chi, Pho is good for the soul, and the BanhMi, well that sandwich, any flavor, will kick all other sandwich buddha-butts out of the sea! Great Food. Great Value. Great Atmosphere. 3/24/2008

Les Grival's has become a weekly destination for me. I work a good nine blocks away, but the food quality, great value, and very clean, nice ambiance of the restaurant make it worth the trek. The owner is very friendly and accomodating, and I have never had issues with the overall service. I have taken co-workers and friends who have felt the same. Would recommend to anyone looking for good Vietnamese cuisine in downtown at a great price. Pros: Great Food. Great Prices. Great Ambience. Great Service. Cons: Wish it was closer to my work, but still worth the trip.... more

My recent visit with a Viet friend found them really, really lacking, especially compared to what you get a few minutes away in Midtown. One of my fave spots for a delicious, quick, and affordable meal!! Being Vietnamese, I fancy myself an expert on Vietnamese food...and I have to say that I love the authentic style with a healthy, western-palpable twist. My usual orders=spring rolls, chicken sandwich, chicken pho and/or rock n' roll chicken. The service is quick, even during the peak lunch hours. The beautiful, Asian chick cashier is quick and efficient, which I prefer over an overly sweet, slow-as-molasses cashier....she can get a little cheeky with you if you hold the line up with stupid questions like ""how is the charbroiled chicken cooked???"" , but it keeps the line moving and is definitely warranted. Best Cheap Eats around! 3/11/2008

LG's got the best Vietnamese I've had in a long time. The employees are the friendliest I've met around, they even know their regular customer's by name as well as by order. Don't be hatin' on the cashier either - you need to know the 'tude before you make a comment. As for their serving sizes, they are all heart healthy unlike other bistros and restuarants that serve way too much food that goes to waste. Honestly the best place for the charbroiled Pork Sandwiches with French Bread so hot, crispy and tender on the inside, it's HEAVEN. Pho's only so so but the Eggrolls.ohh to DIE for... not the Friendliest atmosphere but you won't notice with the goooooood foood! Best Family and Friendly Dining 1/12/2007

I love this place !!! A fun and inviting atmosphere, I HIGHLY would recommend this to anyone who likes and wants to experience something different and unique. Great food for fast,friendly service and at a low cost. Everytime I took my girl friends and my family to this restaurant, we always tried to order different dishes on the menu as sucs as ""Pho""noodle soup; ""Bun"" vermicelli chargrill chicken...;""Com"" special fried rice,chicken,shrimp...And the food was REALLY GOOD, EXOTIC TASTE. Was there Saturday night to eat and it was great. Had thier vermicilli bowl with grilled chicken, spring rolls, and a drink all for under $10. Cool view of the park. Great Vietnamese food in Downtown 8/12/2004

Just went there for lunch with a co-worker. Had the vermicilli with the chicken and it was great. My friend had the sandwich and had to get another. I'll try one next time because I'll be back.
