My two son's missed their cleaning appointment, which was scheduled way in advance, because the office never sent me email reminder, which I requested. The receptionist in this office needs extensive training in customer service, she has no manners, and it's her way or highway. Very disappointed and looking for another dentist. Definitely checking the receptionist first. more

The receptionist gave me an estimate that was incredibly high in comparison to the price chart I was given by my insurance provider. I checked the price codes the receptionist gave me against the codes given to me by my insurance company and found out she was charging me about 40% over what she should have charged according to the price chart I was given. She was rude and unfriendly when I approached her about it and acted like she didn't care that she had lost my business due to her dishonesty. She admitted to over-charging me and didn't feel bad about it at all. This appointment was a complete waste of my valuable time and money. The X-Rays were a joke (very low quality and unprofessional). I was mildly frustrated that very few of my questions got answered. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment. more
