Professional, Prompt, Good Haircut 5/22/2009

I read the review from 2007 stating that there was a scalp massage along with the shampoo, and that was honestly my reason for trying this salon. I'd actually put ""scalp massage"" into the search engine to find a salon in my area that offered this perk. I also put ""colorist"" and my local area into the search engine, so I'd get someone who is good with getting the right color. Pros: Good haircut; professional atmosphere Cons: Expensive; no scalp massage more

Better hair care than the Grand Hotel, Ritz, and other ""world class"" brand names 6/29/2007

If you're looking for a top-notch professional salon, Ralph Paul Salon is it! The employees are fun, friendly and up-to-the minute on their styling knowledge and expertise. If you're looking for a beauty experience that pampers you and leaves you looking fabulous - I highly recommend Ralph Paul Salon! Pros: Great service and enjoyable atmosphere. Cons: Wow - can't think of any! more

cold atomsphere 6/6/2007

I stopped in this salon to see about scheduling an appointment for a couple of spa service, it was 10 minutes before any one ever greated me and then I felt as if I was in their way. I've heard good things but my experience was not positive Cons: poor customer service, everyone seems to do there own thing! more
