NEVER had any problems with their work 1/4/2011

Tony and Greg are excellent -- I have been going there for years and NEVER had any problems with their work. They also don't advise you to do work that you don't have to -- they have actually suggested I NOT do some of the items in my cars standard services to save money. more

I think is shop is fantastic! They've always been very fair re pricing and I think their incredibly honest. They always explain everything to me before and after the repairs, which I really appreciate. Also, I never feel like they're trying to ""sell"" me more that what I need. I've referred several friends to this shop and no one has had a bad experience. more

It is nice to have someone you can trust. 12/14/2010

I have been going to Leonardi Automotive for years, and I am very pleased with them. I rate them a 4 because standards for a 5 are very high, so 4 is about as high as I will give anyone. Everything has always worked out well. In fact, I just had them put in a new speedometer and I will be going back soon. They have been good tow work with. They are not cheap, but I trust them. more

Leonardi Automotive does all our regular servicing on our three cars. They take care of our brakes, our transmission, anything that ever needs to be done. They do it all and take care of our cars completely. We've been going to them for years. I continue to use their service because I can trust them, and they don't treat me like an idiot because I'm a woman. They sit down and explain everything. Everybody's very personal, they do the work they say they're going to do, and if there's a problem, I know you can take it back. They're always there for you. We drive from San Rafael to Novato to use them and let me sit to wait for my car. There are other places I can use, but I don't. more

Every time they do a repair job they send us a letter of thanks. When I let them know something isn't right, they take care of the problem and often they don't even charge you more

We have always been pleased with Leonardi Automotive. The guys have alway been really good to us, and they do very good work. We have been using them for probably over 12 years. They do everything for us, all of our maintenance and also large repairs. They just worked on two of our cars recently. They did the transmission on one, and did a lot of work on our older Buick. The manifold needed work; it was leaking oil and was a big job. Both cars are running beautifully now. We are very pleased with Leonardi Automotive. They are very professional, and they always do a very good job. more
