How courageous to allow individuals struggling with homelessness on his land. It's certainly doing more than those who simply complain and do nothing else. What better way to have the city learn to respond than to create a location where it's obvious that we DO have homeless. No, it's not just as simple as them ""just getting a job."" Padilla isn't just talking he's taking action! It's better than the alternative of simply complaining about the problem but not doing anything. I say good for you Mr. Padilla! He's no idiot...he's courageous!
