Worst

We recently moved here -- looking for closest library -- visited the Leola branch...won't go back! Librarian seemed put out to have to help us with getting our new library cards....

Small Library 5/10/2016

Very thankful for this location! It usually has a nice selection in its small area! The staff is always friendly and since this branch is connected to a county chain, if you can't find what you are looking for there, then you can usually find it on the library's online catalog and have it awaiting you at this branch if it is the most conveniently located! They do great with the space they have! more

Leola library HUGE disappointment 1/2/2010

We recently moved here -- looking for closest library -- visited the Leola branch...won't go back! Librarian seemed put out to have to help us with getting our new library cards. So tiny and dirty...We will find somewhere else to go. more

Leola location of Lancaster County Is Terrible 10/5/2005

Ok, in honesty I know that this is a free service, but the Leola Library is the pits. The hours are terrible, the volunteers/workers are not very kind. Also, I think I have more books in my own home than this library. So, thinking my collection is overgrown, I offered to donate books to the Leola location. I was told they don't want any more books, no room on the shelves. Whatever happened to the used book sale to earn money for the library? Was told they don't take donations for this event at the Leola location. Hmmmm, donated to Goodwill, thanks more
