Great Service for years! 9/5/2012

I have been a patient for the past 6 years. Always received kind and professional service from the staff and Dr. Lentz. My family of 4 would never go any place else. When my children have problems with their glasses, it was not a problem for them to fix them, with a smile. I find it difficult for anyone to have a problem they did not cheerfully try to make right. Dr. Lentz is so thorough with his examinations. I trust them for all our eyecare needs and we do refer our families and friends to Dr. Lentz's. more

I had the worst experience with this doctor & staff. When I received my glasses they did not have the correct strength, the lens had scratches on them, frames to tight, Had to get a new prescription. Second pair of new prescription glasses still was incorrect . Third time the glass frames are damaged & the nose cushions to big, Wow! What a mess. One of the staff persons that adjusted glasses was not to friendly & acted like it was my fault for all the mistakes & mishaps that they have caused me! I am very unhappy with the doctor & his staff. They want your money but do not want to do their job This has been a HORRIBLE experience, will not return. more

Great experience 3/25/2008

My husband and I both needed glasses. I was sure my prescription had changed and my husband needed prescription safety glasses. Lentz Eye Care was able to accomodate both of us. The docotor did a very complete exam, explaining as he went. I never felt I was asking any "stupid" questions. We will continue to use them for our eye care needs. more

GREAT Doctor 2/4/2008

Not only is this doctor very professional and thorough, but he is one of the nicest doctors that I have seen, and I've been to them all! I needed glasses and contacts and the doctor as well as the office staff were all extremely helpful and very nice. They definitely go above and beyond to make sure their patients are happy. I would, and have, recommend him to absolutely anybody that needs an eye doctor! more

Great doctor! 10/1/2007

Don't know what the previous reviewer experienced, but I have always been happy with the care, expertise, and service at Lentz Eye Care. The doctor was willing to explain the diagnostic process and prescription, and answered all of my questions. I even called with some questions after my visit and they were responded to quickly. The staff was friendly too. I'd recommend them to anyone. more

Eye Doctor 8/2/2005

The doctor wrote us a prescription for bifocals, but did not say anything to us that they were needed. We did not find out that the glasses had bifocals until after they were picked up. When I went in to speak with the doctor about it, he would not see me. I had to work through someone in his office, and they were not very helpful or apologetic for their error. This was a horrible lack of communication. more
