I came in here to have my contact prescription updated. After the check-up, the employees tallied my discounts and I paid my bill. A month later, I came in for a follow up, asked if I owed anything, was told everything was fine, and left. A month after that, I ordered some contacts through them and everything still seemed to be fine. Then when I came in to pick up my contacts, I was suddenly informed that I owed money on the initial check-up, but they didn't know why and that I couldn't take my already-paid-for-in-full contacts unless I paid up. Avoid having to pay more for purchases you thought you'd already paid for and go somewhere else.
