After losing a pair of contacts and with near blind eyesight I walk into lenscrafters at Dadeland mall and kindly asked the officer manager SCARLETT BLANCO for a trial pair of contacts while I ordered a new set. She told me that the manufacturer stopped giving out as many trials, so she couldn't give it to me. I explained to her that i couldn't see and that i need to drive to get to work. She began to give me a nasty attitude and was not sympathetic one bit. i have been going there for 5 years and have NEVER had that problem, I pay for all of my contacts from the store and have always had a pleasant experience. Then I asked to speak with the Dr. Sosa the optometrist working at the moment. So the office manager SCARLETT BLANCO. went back and probably told DR. SOSA that i was upset because when she came out the first time i called her and she COMPLETELY ignored me!!!! I talked tot he office manager again and asked her if first of all she even told the Dr. that I needed to speak with her because she was definitely purposely ignoring me. That's when i really got upset and asked again to speak with her. She came out ready to bite because she knew I was upset. I explained to her my situation (can't see, need contacts to live my life and work) So she tells me that they do have them but they can't just give them out for my circumstance. After an hour and a half at this place not giving up. The Doctor finally gave in and gave me the contacts but i shouldn't have had to go through all of that hassle. The office manager was the WORST though, I couldn't believe how rude she was and how uncooperative she was being. I got my prescription and I will find a new optometrist. No big deal
Pros: SCARLETT BLANCO- BAD ATTITUDE
Cons: DR. SOSA- VERY RUDE Doctor
