I came into the lakeline mall lenscrafters about 3:45 on thursday, 3-24-11, with my daughter and son, who is 7, and needed his glasses adjusted. After waiting 15 minutes we were finally greeted. Just as I told the scruffy man with the hoop earrings that my son needed his glasses adjusted his attitude shifted and he became quite short and indignant with my son and I telling him sternly to sit still in the chair and rudely criticizing him in front of two other ladies, saying "WHAT did YOU do to YOUR GLASSES", "boy's will be boys!". After literally one second of examination, he exclaimed "I cant fix these! HE broke the screw out of the NOSE PIECE!". "THERE'S NOTHING I CAN DO!" and wouldn't even take a second look. All too eager to help the ladies behind us. more
