In the last 3 years I have been in there about 3 times and the staff is just down right rude or simply does not care. Just the other day my frames broke and I stopped in and the first thing they said was "unless you bought it here forget it" finally someone showed me around for 30 seconds and said "these glasses are to big we dont have anything like that" I asked her to show me frames in another case and she just hooked her thumb and said "go look yourself". more
