Great Eye Exam 8/2/2011

I walked into lenscrafters today because I broke my glasses last night and they seem to be the only ones who can do my glasses same day. I was told my glasses prescription was too old so I needed an eye exam. The doctors office got me in right away and did my eye exam. They technology was very impressive. The doctor was friendly and seemed very competent. I felt I got a very thourough eye exam. The cost was much less than the last place I went and these guys had state of the art equipment. Will return next time more

I went to LensCrafters to get contacts and ordered six pairs of them. They never called me, and when I called them the lady on the phone told me that they required payment before orders can be placed because people were ordering contacts and never picking them up. Figures, since they don't call anyone. Try your luck here if you like. Cons: incompetence more
