Lenox has to be by far the most unprofessional group of individuals I have ever encountered. I had gone there to do my loan paperwork and was suprised to find out that the person who I thought was the janitor was actually the owner! The LO was ok, but the deal was terrible. Do Not Go There to do Business. more

Please, stay away from Lenox Home Loans/Lenox Financial Mortgage. Lenox is the scum of the Earth! The operation is by far the most unprofessional I have ever come across. more
