I love this store!!! If you get on their mailing list you get fantastic coupons monthly. Even though it is over an hour drive, I go several times a year to stock up on gifts and treats for myself!! The prices and selection are fabulous and the staff could not be nicer. I have been here at least forty times and never had a bad experience with the staff. To the contrary, they have always been very nice and gone out of their way to be helpful. If you are going, stop at Ninos for lunch..their chicken salad is awesome! more

I've been going to this store at least once a year for 2 decades and have nothing but great things to say except that it's too far away! I'm disappointed to see the other review about the staff...I have never had an unpleasant experience with anyone in the store - everyone has always been extremely helpful and pleasant. This store is an excellent resource for great deals on gift items or presents for yourself! :) more

The store has great buys but you will have to bite your lip when it comes time to check out. I have been to very few stores that have such unfriendly salesclerks. I've made two trips to the store and drove quite a distance and they do not want to answer any questions or assist you. They are unfriendly and rude. I didn't understand as they were very blantant that they did not want you to be there. However, if we aren't there and there are no sales, they would be out of a job. Both trips engaged two different sets of sales girls that were equally as rude. Really, really, unfriendly and answered your questions very sarcastically. It's unbelievable! Out of five sales girls,one girls was nice and friendly. Her name needs to be recognized. Her name is Bonnie. (No, I'm not a relative!) Willing to smile and help you. The rest were very unfriendly and rude! Huge disappointment after quite a long drive! I do not normally write reviews, but I'm actually hoping one of them reads this and gets the message and/or corporate reads it and makes some changes! Need to retire!! tarad more
