Salesman, D.J., was good to me, knowledgable about the vehicle and warranty information. I appreciate him going to battle for us with the sales manager, I really felt he wanted to sell the car to me. By the end of the visit I got the vehicle I wanted at a fair price and I got know to D.J. on an appropriate level. more

The experience was wonderful. Not what we expected. Blake Deal really is a no pressure salesperson just as he promised. Took care of us from beginning to end and I'm sure he will in the future also. We will definitely return to Lenoir City Ford when we are ready for another vehicle. Thanks more

I had a very pleasant experience at this dealership. I felt like the salesperson was very professional and courteous. Friendly and personable staff tried to accomodate me as much as possible without being pushy or confrontational. I hope that your business prospers because there is a shortage of decent car dealerships. I will recommend to anyone in the area looking to buy a vehicle. more
