I was a previous supporter of this UWS deli, but their rude service has finally forced me out. The latest example occurred after ordering lox on a bagel through their website. The order was confused, so we called within 2 minutes of the original order, cancelled the order and requested another delivery. The delivery guy still arrived with the cancelled order so we sent him back. Shortly after, a woman called back from Lenny's telling us that she refused to make another sandwich. Had we known, we would have kept the first order. No sandwich, no service, no business.
