Just completed a refinance of my mortgage loan with Lenders Direct. The first thing I did was to compare their rates and fees against everyone else and to my suprise, Lenders Direct had everyone beat. Their loan and underwriting processes were so slick I again just thought it was all too good to be true, but they proved me wrong with timely and efficient communication and closing my new loan in record time. Am I pleased with the overall process--------- ABSOLUTELY! I highly recommend Lenders Direct. more

In the effort to get a new home mortgage, my experience turned from easy to bleak as I ran up against multiple barriers in this current lending environment. 3rd times a charm. 5/3/2012

3rd Time is a Charm I just finished my 3rd mortgage with Lenders Direct Financial. They helped me to get out of a 5 year ARM that was about to expire and my rate was about to sky rocket, as well as two subsequent refis. LDF is easy to work with. Dealing with them 3 times now, you would think I would be an expert in this by now....but I am far from it. I still had questions, and they were more than willing to sit down and answer every question I had. Even drove to my work, at my convenience and had me fill out some paperwork. I have referred Lenders Direct Financial to a few friends as well as my brother, and not one person has had anything less than a great experience with this lender. more

Everyone worked very closely with me and was helpful and responsive when I needed answers to my questions. The loan was closed before expected saving me additional money. Being able to complete most of the paperwork online and download the needed documents required directly to them saved time, money, and paper and made the process very efficient. more

Everybody that interacted with me on the loan was really curtious and always helpful. This is the first time I closed the loan with a company that I didn't meet face to face, but to my surprise the process was smooth. Most of documents are submitted through to their online system. more
