I was looking for a new 2013 VW Passat TDI SEL and had a 2008 Infiniti with 92,000 miles as a trade. Troy was attentive, down-to-earth, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He found the car I wanted and got me what I was asking for my trade. Fair dealership who gave me a great deal. Used USAA for my research and was given the USAA price despite the fact that they are not a Certified Preferred Dealer through USAA. I would by another vehicle through them in the future and I would ask specifically for Troy as my experience was exceptional. more

I purchased my car from Forrest Newkirk at Leith. Forrest was extremely accommodating and a pleasure to work with. After I purchased my car, a few things needed to be followed up on. Forrest came to my place of work, picked up my car, and took it back to the dealership for me. I did not have to miss a beat at work. Now, that is customer service.... with a smile. I have recommended Forrest to many friends, and will continue to do so. more

I would highly recommend Erik Francey at Leith VW if you're looking for a sales rep that is extremely knowlegeable about all models of Volkswagon, as well as each car's features and benefits. Even though I never thought I would buy a VW, I took delivery on my new Passat on Saturday, 12/15/12 and absolutely I love my car! I would highly recommend Erik Francey and Leith VW! more

Walked in unannounced. Asked to test drive a Jetta Sportwagen TDI. The friendly lady at the desk paged Mike Campbell, who immediately came to assist me. Mike is friendly, but not at all overbearing. He is a true country gentleman. Working with him was pressure-free and entirely honest and positive. After I test drove the car, we went in to see what my trade-in would get. Mike was courteous and never made me feel like he was looking down his nose at my old, beat-up Golf. I feel I got a fair price for a trade-in and a fair deal on the lease I got. It suits my situation and works for me and I'm thrilled with my new car. Mike is a professional and a very competent sales representative. I would definitely recommend that anyone who wants to see a VW dealer see Mike Campbell at Leith VW in Cary, NC. Date Visited: 11/15/13\r Car Purchased: 2013 VW CC Sport\r Service: 5 out of 5\r \r Having been a Honda driver (and former employee) for the last 6 years, I was a bit hesitant to take a look at VWs. But I was ready for the next step up in luxury, and was impressed with what I was reading and seeing about the CC, although I had already driven the Acura TSX and was close to a purchase. On a dreary, miserable Thursday night (not ideal car purchasing weather), I decided to just double check that I was making the right choice on the Acura. Thank goodness I did! The CC is a phenomenal car inside and out, but I was most impressed with the difference in attitude between the employees at Leith Acura and Leith VW. At Acura, I felt like I wasn't very important- just another young guy kicking tires. As if they didn't take me seriously. They were also deprecating to Hondas (it's basically the same car with a 10k markup). Anyway, while I liked the TSX, the dealership did little to impress. \r But Leith V more

My experience with Leith VW far exceeded my expectations for a car buying experience. This was my second VW purchase from Leith I and would highly recommend them. My sales consultant Ruth Garratt was knowledgeable, kind, warm, honest and made the car buying experience one I enjoyed and will not soon forget. She set the tone for a truly positive experience. Her approach was a breath of fresh air. I left with a sense of complete ease which made the process of buying (and now driving) my new car a complete joy. Because of her attention to detail and accomodating attitude, she found a car that exactly fits what I wanted and my budget perfectly. She respected and honored all of my questions and communicated openly with me through the whole process. My experience with Leith VW was great. I traded in my old car and purchased a used suv from them. My wife and I worked with Troy Haynes and he did what was needed to meet our monthly payment/budget needs. He was easy to talk to and never pressured us at all. Our next car will come from Leith! more
