I have purchased 4 cars from the Leith Family of Dealerships. Most recently I purchased a pre-owned Chev Tahoe from Brad Manning over at Land Rover Cary. Even though not a ""Land Rover"" car the customer service and attention to detail was fantastic. The finance manager, John, was able to beat the rate from my local bank, and the entire process was less than two hours. My 5th car will for sure come from the team over at Land Rover Cary. more

I had a wonderful experience with great sales person Brad Manning. I was beyond anxious about getting a new car. He was perfect, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough! The best thing he did for us, was contact my car insurance provider and help me get all my information to them. So, I had car insurance when we left the lot. And this was on a Saturday afternoon. Brad made this purchase less stressful by all his helpfulness and professionalism. Thank you, Brad! more

His product knowledge is second to none, and he doesn't play any of the games you would expect from other salesmen. Ruben Trinidad made car buying process a breeze. Just purchased first Land Rover and was impressed with this dealership in particular. The atmosphere is casual and inviting, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Ruben was very patient throughout my drawn out decision making. Would highly recommend Land Rover Cary and Ruben as the sales associate....and the LR2 is gorgeous!! more

Great people, great experience 3/15/2012

As a first time car buyer Land Rover made my wife and I both very comfortable. Ruben Trinidad did a great job answering our questions. When we got there he welcomed us by opening the door and offering drinks even before he knew we were there to look for cars. We were able to test drive the car within minutes of arriving. We decided to get the car and the dealership was able to detail the car within 30 minutes of purchase. Overall I would recommend them to everyone. more

Eddie Kratzat was the best! 2/25/2012

I have not bought a new car in 10 years and hate walking on to car lots. BUT.... Eddie was great, no pressure, I left the first dat after looking to think about things, he left me alone and let me do my thing while I researced the car. I asked for a carfax, got it and Eddie was just more than awesome throughout the transaction I sell homes for a living and hes the type guy I would love to have working for me! By the way the Range Rover Sport, AWESOME and a real head turner! more

Hands down, best customer service experience at a dealership 1/17/2012

I recently purchased a Land Rover from Leith Cary. The sales experience was great! This was my first regularly scheduled service appointment. \r \r I was promptly greeted, my loaner was warming up (it was 33 degrees out), Peter called mid-day on an update of when my vehicle would be ready, and it was completed on time when I arrived. Mike was great in providing a full and detailed description of all services, payment and checkout was exceptional.\r \r Overall, an exceptional customer service experience. I sincerely appreciate their commitment to me and my vehicle. more

Working with Edwin (Eddie) Kratzat was one of the best experiences that I have had at any car dealership. Eddie was not pushy, he took the time to understand my needs and wants, and then he delivered a product and service that exceeded my expectations. Eddie is a salesperson that understands what great customer service is; best of all he LISTENS to his customers. He takes customer feedback serious, and uses that information to improve future customer experiences. Eddie (Edwin Kratzat) was warm, engaging and knowledgable. We had a perfect car buying experience because of him. He was interested in what was best for us and in making sure we got exactly that. He told us what we needed and it wasn't always what we thought we needed. Very helpful. He didn't rush us, he answered all our questions and treated us perfectly. He did everything he said he'd do for us. We also loved the test driving course he took us on. He was even excited to take a second run at the course with our family when they visited. He has committed to making everything regarding our car's maintenance convient for us. He will come to our house, take our range rover and give us a loaner to make it as easy as possible. We had personal conversations with Eddie and he became more than our car salesman. He is a friend. We will always go back to Eddie. We are so happy with our Range Rover! more

We were in the market for several months for a pre-owned Range Rover. Eddie Kratzat, our Sales Guide, worked patiently with us as we decided which model best suited our needs. We decided on a Range Rover Sport. Eddie then searched for the perfect car for us. He was very knowledgable, professional and never high pressure through our entire search and purchase. Great Customer Service 3/14/2011

We just purchased our 11th Land Rover from Land Rover Cary and as always, the service was excellent. We are big fans not only of Land Rover, but of this dealership and the wonderful folks who work there. Claudius John has been our salesperson for many, many years and always takes good care of us! He calls to see how we're doing, how the vehicle(s) are doing, and when he has a vehicle he thinks we'd be interested in. This dealership is like family to us and we always refer friends who are looking for a LR. Don't go anywhere else...even if you're looking for another vehicle make....try LRC. The guys in service are super too! more
